Commissions & Custom Art

I’m always open to commission inquiries! In the past, I’ve made custom linocut prints, stamps, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings.

Read on for a full rundown of the process, prices, and success stories!

Blanking on ideas? I’ve got you covered! Here are some ideas to build on:

  • a set of herb linocut prints for your kitchen
  • a logo stamp
  • a linocut pet portrait
  • matching bracelets for you and your friends
  • a fabric patch with your favorite animal
  • a linocut print of your partner’s favorite flowers
  • one of my designs in a different medium (e.g. a stamp design turned into a print)
  • earrings for a special occasion
  • astrological sign stamps
  • a print inspired by those cool photos you took on vacation
  • wire-wrapped rings that fit perfectly
  • a monogram stamp
  • a necklace to match your favorite outfit
  • birthstone jewelry

I’d love to hear your idea even if you’re not sure about all the details! My top priority is to make sure the finished product is something you’ll love.

Past Commissions

Giant Ginkgo

In2022, I made a 24″ by 24″ ginkgo print for Diana, a client who liked the ginkgo print in my shop but wanted a large version.

I’m in love with this custom sized ginkgo block art! I can’t thank Sam enough for creating a larger version of this piece. It’s now in my entryway and makes this house more like a home! 🤍

Monkey Stamps

Around the same time, I accepted a commission from Nat, a primatologist. She asked for two stamps of the monkeys she works with, the capuchin and the rhesus macaque.

I ordered two custom monkey stamps from Sam and they came out SO BEAUTIFULLY! I *dabble* in stamp making but nothing I have ever made matches the quality/amazingness of the stamps that Sam made. Sam was so on top of everything, they so perfectly captured my vision (which was remarkably incoherent) and made it come true!! Thank you, Sam!!!

Cat Print Set

Not long after the monkeys, I received another animal portrait commission, this time for three prints of a cat named Mocha.

How It Works

Step 1: You’ll contact me with your idea, including any reference pictures. We’ll work out the details over email, phone, or video call—whichever you prefer.

Step 2: I’ll give you a quote based on the starting prices below. I’ll ask for half the cost at this point, and then I’ll sketch the design and send it to you with the chance for two rounds of revisions.

Step 3: Once the design is set, I’ll take 4-8 weeks to create your commissioned piece. When it’s finished, I’ll send you a picture of it with an invoice link for the other half of the cost, and once it’s paid, I’ll ship the piece to you. If it’s a print, additional copies will be available for a small additional cost.
